1 | Remove drive shaft of through-drive cover with differential | ||
2 | Unscrew pressure switch (2) | ||
3 | Remove interaxle differential lock shift cylinder (4) from through-drive cover (11) | ||
4 | Remove shift shaft (16) from through-drive cover (11) | Use a suitable drift. | |
5 | Remove shift fork (17), gearshift sleeve (12) and spring (18) from the through-drive cover | ||
| Install | ||
6 | Insert gearshift sleeve (12), shift fork (17) and spring (18) into through-drive cover (11) and center using a suitable punch (19) | ||
7 | Drive shift shaft (16) into through-drive cover (11) | Drive in shift shaft without adjustment screw (15), if necessary remove adjustment screw. | |
8 | Install interaxle differential lock shift cylinder (4) | Use new seals (8 and 10) and new O-ring (6). | |
9 | Check and adjust axial play of interaxle differential lock shift sleeve | ||
10 | Install drive shaft of through-drive cover with differential |
