Mount front wheel with three wheel nuts.

Remove front wheel.

Remove electric line of front axle rpm sensor at vehicle frame.

 To do so, disconnect electrical connector and remove electric line.

Remove brake disk.

Remove cotter pin(13).

 Installation: Replace cotter pin(13).

Unscrew nut (14).

 Nut, tie rod joint to steering knuckle

Remove tie rod (12) from steering knuckle (10).

Remove torsion bar linkage (7) at right and left side of vehicle from stabilizer bar (3).

Swing stabilizer bar (3) downwards.

Prop up steering knuckle (10) using major assembly support and support plate and secure with tensioning strap against falling down.



Remove upper transverse control arm from steering knuckle(10).

Remove screw (5).

 In doing so, counterhold nut of screw (5).

 Nut/bolt, suspension strut to lower control arm

Tilt steering knuckle (10) to one side and remove front axle shaft (1) from wheel hub.

 In doing so, counterhold nut of screw (8).

 Installation: Replace nut of screw (8).
