Remove hub caps.

If installed.

Remove wheel and tire assemblies (2).

 To do so, unscrew wheel nuts.

 Use a wheel lift dolly (1).

Check

Check components of wheel bolt connections for corrosion and damage.

Check tires for damage and condition.

Check tire pressure.

Position wheel and tire assemblies (2) and screw on wheel nuts.


Screw on wheel nuts in a cross pattern.
Otherwise proper seating of the disk wheels is not guaranteed.

 Wheel hubs must be free of oil and grease.

 Use a wheel lift dolly (1).

Lower vehicle.

Tighten wheel nuts.


Tighten wheel nuts in a cross pattern.
Otherwise proper seating of the disk wheels is not guaranteed.

Install hub caps.

If removed.

Reinitialize tire pressure sensors using vehicle diagnosis system.

If one or more tires were replaced or if a wheel and tire assembly rotation was carried out from front to back or from left to right, or if one or more tire pressure sensors were replaced.


