Remove

Remove front wheels.

Remove lower engine compartment paneling.

Release nuts of screws (2).

Remove front axle carrier.

 Lower front axle carrier until stabilizer bar (1) is accessible.
The front axle carrier remains on the major assembly support.

4.2

Remove integral carrier.

Model 910 with engine 780.703

 Lower integral carrier far enough until stabilizer (1) is accessible.
The integral carrier remains on the major assembly mount.

Remove screw/bolts (3).

Remove stabilizer bar (1).

 To do so, remove the nuts of the screws (2).



Check

Check stabilizer bar (1) and the stabilizer bar bushing for wear and damage.

If the stabilizer (1) or the stabilizer bar bushing is worn or damaged,



Replace stabilizer bar (1).



Install

Install stabilizer bar (1).

 To do so, place the nuts on the screws (2) and tighten lightly by hand.

Screw in screws (3) and tighten lightly by hand.

Install front axle carrier.

Install front wheels.

Drive vehicle on 4-post vehicle lift or work pit.

Rock vehicle to settle suspension several times.

Tighten screws (3) and nuts of screws (2).
