 Do not detach the spring control arm (9) from the rear axle carrier (10).


Fold the spring control arm (9) down carefully.
The wheel carrier (12) will otherwise be damaged.

Lower vehicle slightly


Do not lower vehicle too far.
The folded-down spring control arm (9) will otherwise be damaged.

Unscrew nuts (6) from suspension strut (7) and remove suspension strut (7) from below

 Installation: Compare the determined length of the suspension strut (7) with the leaflet for the new suspension strut (7).

If the determined length differs

Do not install the new suspension strut (7).
