Remove

1

Remove multiplate clutch K27 with output shaft and parking lock gear.

Remove ring gear (1).

Unclip shim (2) and axial bearings (3, 4) from ring gear (1).

Remove planetary gear set 4 (5).

Remove planetary gear set 3 (6) with ring gear (7).



Check

Check ring gear (1), shim (2) and axial bearings (3, 4) for damage.

If damage is visible,



replace damaged component part.

Check planetary gear set 4 (5) for damage.

If damage is visible,



disassemble planetary gear set 4 (5) and replace damaged component parts.

Check ring gear (7) for damage.

If damage is visible,



replace ring gear (7).

Check planetary gear set 3 (6) for damage.

If damage is visible,



disassemble planetary gear set 3 (6) and replace damaged component parts.

Install

Insert planetary gear set 3 (6) with ring gear (7).

Insert planetary gear set 4 (5).

Install shim (2) and axial bearings (3, 4) on ring gear (1).

Insert ring gear (1).

14

Measure and adjust end play of drive shaft.
