Remove/install electrohydraulic controller unit (transmission removed)

Remove/install



Make sure everything is absolutely clean, use lint-free rags only

 Risk of damage through contamination in transmission

Remove oil pan

Remove retainer (5) for connector (X106)

 Lift retainer (5) using screwdriver until the shackle is unlocked.
 Installation: Slide retainer (5) in until the shackle visibly engages.

Remove inductive sensor (B92)

Remove electrohydraulic controller unit (1)

 Open the shown bolted connections only
 installation: Note locating bolt for electrohydraulic controller unit (1).
Position Torx screws (2) and tighten uniformly.



Lift out electrohydraulic controller unit (1), at the same time push connector (X106) out of mounting hole and remove from transmission

 Installation: Note installation position of connector (X106) in mounting hole on transmission.
Gearshift lever (4) must engage in guide (arrow) of selector lever.

Remove sealing rings on connector (X106)

 Installation: Replace oil seals

Remove inductive sensor (B91)

 The connector can only be detached once the inductive sensor (B91) has been removed

Remove electrohydraulic controller unit (1)

Remove sealing sleeve (4)

 Installation: Replace sealing sleeve (4)



Checking

Check electrohydraulic controller unit (1) for condition and signs of dirt, if necessary

dismantle or replace electrohydraulic controller unit (1)

Install in the reverse order
