Remove/install

Disconnect hydraulic gear shift cylinder from transmission housing

Disconnect hydraulic gate shift cylinder from transmission housing

AR26.60-G-7100A

Remove main shutoff valve

AR26.60-G-0030A

Remove outer shift housing

AR26.60-G-6517A

Detach neutral switch (S9)

Unplug solenoid valve connector (6)

Detach compressed-air line (7)

 Installation: Replace sealing ring.

Remove cover (1)

 Installation: Replace cover (1) and stick in with adhesive.

Remove circlip (2)

 Push shift shaft in neutral position all the way through from the left and clamp in place.

Fix reverse gear shift rail

Remove lock rod for interlock

Detach shift shaft with bearing cover (4)

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and coat with sealant.

Ensure that the shift gate is vertical when installed and engages in the shift rails. The shift lock must face forwards in the direction of travel.

Remove shift housing (3)

 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and coat with sealant. Replace O-rings (5).



Check needle roller bearing in front section transmission housing for wear and damage

 Installation: Install new needle roller bearing if necessary.
