Removal/installation

Detach gear shift cylinder (1)

Pull out cylindrical actuator for gear selection (1) to the stop, pull vertically upwards and remove.

Installation: Install new sealing ring (3).

Pull out the piston rod (2) of the cylindrical actuator for gear selection (1) completely before inserting the piston rod (2) in the driver acting as shift power assistance (4).

Install in reverse order

In order to avoid damage to the cylindrical actuator for gear selection (1), the hydraulic fluid used for the hydraulic shifting must be in accordance with the Specifications for Operating Fluids.
