2 | Remove soundproofing on frame below | ||
3 | Drain coolant on radiator with charge air cooler (1) | ||
4 | Detach bottom coolant hose (10) on radiator with charge air cooler (1) | Collect escaping coolant in a clean vessel. | |
5 | Detach front oil filler line (11) at oil pan | Installation: Check sealing ring, replace oil filler line (11) if necessary. | |
Danger! | Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted | Ensure that no one is within tilting range of cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt cab all the way to end position and secure with safety strut. | |

10 | Remove coolant hose (3 or 18) on radiator with charge air cooler (1) | ||
11 | Remove both coolant hoses (17) on coolant lines (14) | Only for vehicles fitted with code (HH1) "Eberspächer" warm water auxiliary heater D5W S" | |
12 | Remove coolant hose (16) on coolant expansion reservoir (2) | ||

14 | Remove coolant hose (5) on coolant outlet fitting and radiator with charge air cooler (1) | ||
15 | Remove clamp (22) on holder (21) | ||
16 | Disconnect electrical connector (23) | ||
17 | Remove nut on retaining bracket (15) for radiator bearing on the right and remove retaining bracket (15) | Installation: Be sure to note position of the retaining bracket (15). | |
18 | Remove bolts at radiator mounting (12) on the left | ||
19 | Push radiator with charge air cooler (1) to the front | Do not damage lines and detachable parts. | |
20 | Remove electromagnetic fan clutch (7) with fan (8) on the fan belt pulley (9) and lift out upwards | | |
21 | Remove electromagnetic fan clutch (7) from fan (8) | Only if electromagnetic fan clutch (7) or fan (8) was replaced. | |
