Remove/install

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m).

Remove upper engine cover.

Remove engine air intake duct upstream of air filter.

Unclip automatic transmission oil cooler from fan unit (1).

Unclip coolant line (3) from fan unit (1).

Unclip coolant line (2) from fan unit (1).

Release and disconnect electrical connector from fan unit(1).

Unclip fan unit (1) from cooler mounts and remove upward.

Unclip fan unit (1) from radiator mounting brackets, then guide fan unit (1) out of radiator mounting brackets at bottom and remove upwards.

Install in the reverse order.
