Remove/install

Remove cold air guide (2) from cold air intake bridge.

Lift engine cover (1) in front area and unclip elastomer bearings (5).

Installation: Wet elastomer bearings(5) with lubricant.

Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 l

Pull engine cover (1) in the direction of the cold air intake bridge, unclip brackets (6), and remove engine cover (1).

Lift engine cover (3) in the front area, unclip brackets (7), and remove engine cover (3).

Installation: The bracket (4) must engage in the guide of the air filter housing.
Wet elastomer bearings of the brackets (7) with lubricant.

Check elastomer bearings (5) and elastomer bearings of the brackets (7) for damage.

If damage is present,

Replace appropriate elastomer bearing.

Install in the reverse order.
