Remove/install

 Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Unscrew cooling system cap (2) from coolant expansion reservoir (4)

 Turn 1/2 revolution counter-clockwise, relieve overpressure, then unscrew cooling system cap (2).

Suction off coolant with hand pump out of the coolant expansion reservoir (4)

Disconnect electrical connection (1)

Remove coolant hoses (3, 5)

Loosen nut (7)

Vehicles with code 924, bivalent natural gas drive

Unclip coolant expansion reservoir (4) in the direction of the arrow and remove upward out of the bracket (6)

Install in the reverse order

Pour in coolant
