Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Remove/install

Slowly unscrew the cap for the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and reduce the overpressure.

Suction off the coolant from the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and collect it in a suitable container.

Release and disconnect the electrical connection (2) on the coolant expansion reservoir (1) and detach the electrical wiring harness on the coolant expansion reservoir (1).

Release and disconnect the coolant lines (3) and seal using suitable protective covers / stop plugs.

 Set of protective caps

Detach and remove the coolant expansion reservoir (1) at the catch tabs (4).

Install in the reverse order.



Check

7

Check and, if necessary, correct the coolant level.
