1 | Open engine hood and raise to vertical position | ||
2 | Drain coolant at radiator | ||
3 | Remove front section of left front fender | ||
4 | Remove coolant hoses (3) at coolant pipes (1, 2) | ||
5 | Remove clamps (4) on bracket (5) | ||
6 | Remove clamps (7) on bracket (6) | ||
7 | Remove coolant hose (8) on coolant pipe (2) | Collect coolant which flows out. | |
8 | Remove clamps (9) at hydraulic line (10) | Only for vehicles with winch. | |
9 | Remove clamps (11) on heat exchanger (12) | ||
10 | Remove coolant hose (13) on coolant pipe (1) | ||
11 | Disconnect electrical connector on engine control (MR) control unit (A6) | ||
12 | Remove bracket (5) on crankcase | ||
13 | Remove power-steering pump on dual compressor with hydraulic lines connected and fasten on side | Installation: Align driver of power-steering pump with cross plate. | |
Bolt, power steering pump to compressor | |||
14 | Lift vehicle at frame | So that the coolant pipes (1, 2) can be removed. | |
15 | Remove coolant pipes (1, 2) downwards to rear | ||
16 | Install in the reverse order |
