Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Drain off coolant

Separate coolant line (2) at additional engine radiator (1), and seal openings with protective covers

 Set of protective covers

Unclip retaining frame of additional engine radiator (1) at front and side at air duct segment

Unclip the retaining frame of the additional engine radiator (1) at the brackets (3) and remove along with the additional engine radiator (1)

5

Install in the reverse order
