Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Remove/install

Drain off coolant

 Installation: Install front and center sections of lower engine compartment paneling only after the leak test.

Disconnect coolant hoses (21, 23) at additional engine radiator (22) and seal openings with protective covers

Unclip retaining frame (24) of additional engine radiator (22) at front and rear of air duct segment (12)

Release clamps (25) of additional engine radiator (22) at brackets (2)

Remove additional engine radiator (22) downwards

Check additional engine radiator (22) for damage

Where additional engine radiator (22) is damaged.



Replace additional engine radiator (22).

Check brackets (2) and air duct segment (12) for damage

Where air duct segment (12) and brackets (2) are damaged.



Replace air duct segment (12) and brackets (2).

Unclip brackets (2) at radiator package supporting frame and remove with air duct segment (12) in downward direction

When replacing brackets (2) and air duct segment (12).

Install in the reverse order
