Removing/installing

Danger!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.

Remove soundproofing on frame at the bottom

Risk of injury caused by being caught or pinched as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Remove coolant hose (1) on coolant outlet fitting (4)

Collect coolant which flows out

Remove coolant outlet fitting (4) on coolant pump

REmove both coolant thermostats (2) with sealing rings (3)

Installation: Install new sealing rings (3).

Observe installation position (arrow) of coolant thermostat (2).

Install in reverse order
