Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection. | |

3 | Detach coolant hose (1) from housing cover of coolant thermostat (2) | ||
4 | Take off housing cover of coolant thermostat (2) | | |
5 | Remove coolant thermostat (3) | Installation: The arrow markings on the coolant thermostat must be pointing up. Replace seals (4). | |
6 | Install in the reverse order |
