 	Remove/install
1	Remove the catalytic converter.	Engine 133 in model 117, 156 except code 598 (Gasoline particulate filter (OPF) with sensor system) Engine 133 in model 176	AR49.10-P-5500MTA
		Engine 133 in model 117, 156 with code 598 (Gasoline particulate filter (OPF) with sensor system)	AR49.20-P-0100MTA
2	Drain off coolant.		AR20.00-P-1142MTA
3	Remove poly-V-belt.		AR13.20-P-0001MTA
4	Cover alternator.	 Cover alternator. Otherwise coolant can find its way into the alternator and leads to damage.
5	Remove coolant hose (9) from coolant pump and place to one side.
6	Remove coolant hoses (1, 2) from coolant pump and crankcase.	 Installation: Check heat protection cable bushing for damage, replace if necessary.
7	Remove heat shield (7) from alternator.	 Bolt, heat shield to crankcase/alternator/coolant pump	*BA15.40-P-1013-01F
8	Remove refrigerant line (8) from bracket on coolant pump.	 Screw clamp, heat exchanger/pipeline	*BA83.30-P-1012-01G
9	Remove screws (3) and remove coolant pump upward.	 Screw, coolant pump to timing case/crankcase/oil pan	*BA20.10-P-1001-01AC
10	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
11	Check cooling system for leaks.		AR20.00-P-1010MTA
