Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Remove/install

Drain off coolant.

Remove toothed belt.

Remove screws of the toothed belt cover on the engine side and remove toothed belt cover on the engine side.

Remove screws (2) and remove coolant pump (1) from crankcase.

 Install new coolant pump (1) and seal (3) after every removal.

Clean

Clean sealing surfaces on crankcase.

Install in the reverse order.



Check

7

Check engine cooling system for leak tightness.
