Remove oil dipstick (5)

Remove vacuum hoses (2) from charge air distributor

 Hose clamp pliers

Remove screw/bolt (3)

Unclip bracket for soundproofing from oil-dipstick guide tube (4)

Remove center and rear lower engine compartment paneling

 Installation: Only install center and rear lower rear engine compartment paneling again after leak test.

Remove drain screw from oil pan and catch engine oil in a suitable container

 Installation: Replace sealing ring.

Remove rear engine mount from rear engine support, lift transmission and support

 Use a hardwood block 50x50 mm to support rear engine mount.

Remove screw/bolt (1)

 Bolt, guide tube for oil dipstick to oil pan/shielding for high-pressure pump

Remove oil-dipstick guide tube (4) downwards

Replace seal on oil-dipstick guide tube (4)

Install in the reverse order

Check engine oil level and correct


