 	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition
 Danger!	Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted	Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.	AS60.80-Z-0001-01A
2	Tilt cab	 Installation: Only tilt cab back after leak test has been conducted.

3	Drain coolant at radiator		AR20.00-W-1142J
4	Remove soundproofing on frame above on the right
5	Remove air intake hose (4)	 Installation: Do not install air intake hose (4) until the engine oil circuit has been filled.
6	Unscrew oil filter cover (1) and remove	 The engine oil flows back into oil pan when the oil filter cover (1) is unscrewed.
		 Installation: Replace O-ring (2) and check oil filter element (3) for damage and dirt accumulation; replace oil filter element (3) if necessary.

7	Remove oil pressure line (11)	 Close off oil pressure bore holes.
		 Installation: Replace sealing rings.

8	Remove control line (10) on turbocharger (9)
9.1	Disconnect electrical connector (8) on oil pressure and oil temperature combination sensor (B110)	Up to engine end no. 301561
9.2	Disconnect electrical connector (12) on engine oil temperature sensor (B11) and on oil pressure sensor (B12)	As of engine end no. 301562
10	Remove cover (5) with oil/water heat exchanger (7) from cylinder crankcase	 Replace oil/water heat exchanger (7) in the event of outer damage and abrasion debris in engine oil.
		 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and install new gasket.

11	Remove oil-water heat exchanger (7) from cover (5)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and replace gasket (6).

12	Remove screw plugs from cover (5)	 Only in case of leaks at screw plugs, or when replacing the cover (5).
		 Installation: Replace sealing rings.

13	Remove engine oil temperature sensor (B11) from cover (5)	 Only from engine end no. 301562 and for leaks on engine oil temperature sensor (B11), or for replacing the cover (5).
		 Installation: Replace sealing rings.

14	Install in the reverse order
15	Filling the engine oil circuit		AR18.00-W-1600J

16	Start engine and allow to run in idle for 10 s until the oil pressure has built up, then run the engine at varying speeds

17	Check oil/water heat exchanger (7) and oil pressure line (11) for leaks for a running engine	 Visual inspection.
