Remove front bumper

Detach oil line (5) at engine oil cooler (1), allow engine oil to drain out of the engine oil cooler (1) into a suitable container

 Installation: Replace seal.

 Bolt, oil cooler line to oil cooler

Seal openings with stop plugs

 Record plug

Detach oil line (2) at engine oil cooler (1), allow engine oil to drain out of the engine oil cooler (1) into a suitable container

 Installation: Replace seal.

 Bolt, oil cooler line to oil cooler

Seal openings with stop plugs

 Record plug

Unclip engine oil cooler (1) from retaining frame

Detach air duct segment (3) on engine oil cooler (1) and mount on new engine oil cooler (1)

When replacing engine oil cooler (1).

Install in the reverse order

Check engine oil level and correct


