Slacken poly-V belt and remove in the area of power steering pump from belt pulley and guide pulley

Remove oil filter cover (4) from oil filter housing (3)

 Installation: Replace sealing ring on oil filter cover (4) if oil filter housing (3) is reinstalled and not replaced.



Remove bracket (6)



Detach oil filter housing (3) at power steering pump reservoir



Remove bolts (5)

 Collect engine oil which flows out in a suitable vessel.



Remove oil filter housing (3)

 Installation: Install new seal

Install in the reverse order

Check engine oil level, correct if necessary

 The engine oil level must not be above the maximum mark. This can lead to engine damage.
