Loosen poly-V-belt (1)

by releasing and interlocking tensioning device (2) in direction of arrow.

Remove poly-V-belt (1)

Checking

Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device (2) for damage and dirt

In the case of damage to the belt pulley or tensioning device (2), replace it.

Check poly-V-belt (1)

In the event of wear and tear or damage, poly-V-belt (1) must be replaced.

Installing

Fit on poly-V-belt (1)

Do not use bees wax or similar products to avoid damage and noise build up.
