	Removing and installing
Danger!	Risk of burns and scalding while working on AdBlue pipes and on components connected to them. Risk of injury on skin and eyes at contact with AdBlue. 1	Switch-off the ignition
2	Detach the electric connector (2) on the pump module (7)	 Protect the electric connector (2) and the electric connection on the pump module (7) with a plastic film or something similar to avoid AdBlue drainage.
		 The electric connector (2) and the electric connection should not get in contact with AdBlue, otherwise damage may occur in the electric wiring harness and in the SCR module SCR
3	Check the electric wiring harness for corrosion		AR14.40-B-2033TA
4	Remove the AdBlue piping (3) on the AdBlue inlet piping (11), and plug with the seal (10)	 The seal (10) must be ready at hand to avoid excessive AdBlue running off.

5	Remove the housing cover (1)	 Only on vehicles with pump module (7) on which the filter screen housing hexagon in inlet (12) is behind the housing (1) cover.	*BA14.40-B-1047-02C
6	Remove the AdBlue inlet connection (11) on the filter strainer (12)	 To remove the AdBlue inlet connection (11), secure with an open end wrench (6), by the filter strainer (12).	*BA14.40-B-1045-02C
7	Remove the intake filter (9) from the filter strainer (12)	 The intake filter (9) can be pulled with a self-locking screw (8).
8	Install in reverse order
