5 | Remove air intake hose (4) at crankcase breather line as well as at turbobrake (2) and remove air intake pipe (5) with air intake hose (4) | Plug openings | |

6 | Remove heat shield (1) at turbobrake (2) | | |
7 | Remove hose clamp (6) at exhaust air pipe (7) | Installation: Check condition of hose clamp (6), replace if necessary. | |

8 | Remove bolts (8) and exhaust air pipe (7) | Installation: Clean sealing surfaces at exhaust air pipe (7) and at turbobrake (2). Check exhaust air pipe (7) for foreign objects and contamination; clean or replace as necessary. | |

9 | Install in the reverse order | ||
Danger! | Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the running engine | Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. | |
10 | Start the engine and perform an engine test run | ||
11 | Check leaktightness of exhaust air pipe (7) for a running engine then stop engine | ||
