Remove/install

 Warning

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure it with the safety strut.

Tilt the cab

Remove the noise capsules on the left side

Loosen the screws (8) on the bracket (9)

 Left charge air pipe holder screw on crankcase

Remove the left charge air pipe

Separate the electric connector (2)

 Separate the electrical connector (2) on the pressure and temperature sensor of the charge air, and on the charge air pipe (B608).

 Engine start stop button screw on charge air distributor

Unscrew the connector (3) of the charge air distributor (1)

 Replace the cable clamp (4).

Remove the screw (5) and expose the leaking fuel line (7)

 Observe the clamp (6) on the leaking fuel line (7).

Remove the screws (10) and loosen the charge air distributor (1) from the cylinder heads

Remove the seals (11)

 Clean the cylinder sealing surfaces and the charge air distributor (1).

Remove the pressure and temperature sensor of the supercharging air

 Remove the charge air temperature and pressure sensor (B608) attached to the charge air distributor (1).

 Only when replacing the charge air distributor (1).
