 Warning

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure it with the safety strut.

Remove the acoustic encapsulation

Remove the manual fuel pump (2) from the charge air pipe (3)

 Lay the manual fuel pump to the side (2).

 Do not detach the fuel lines.

Remove the charge air hose (4)

 Close the opening for the charge air radiator.

 Charge air hose clamp on charge air pipe and cooler

Remove the screw (5)

 Left charge air pipe screw on bracket

Remove the bolts (1)

 Charge air pipe screw on charge air distributor

Remove the charge air pipe (3)

 Installation: Clean the sealing surface and replace the seal.

 Close the opening for the charge air distributor.
