Open engine hood

Remove engine cover

Expose purge lines on cylinder head cover

Installation: Replace cable tie.

Detach air intake pipe and place with attached purge lines to one side

Disconnect the electrical connection (1) to electronic wastegate (3)

Remove screw/bolts (2) and remove electronic wastegate (1) upwards

Bolt, electronic bypass valve to turbocharger

Clean contact surface on ATL (4)

Install in the reverse order

Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.

Perform an engine test run; in doing so check engine and ATL for leaktightness and for proper operation
