Step 1

 	Remove/install
1	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-D-0003SD
2	Remove housing for exhaust gas recirculation valve		AR14.20-D-7666SF
3	Remove bolt (3) and remove bracket (4)
4	Remove bolts (2)
5	Expose electrical wiring harness (11) and disconnect electrical connector (10) on throttle valve actuator (M16/42)
6	Disconnect electrical connector (6) at boost pressure sensor (B5/1)
7	Remove bolts (7, 8) and bracket (9)		*BA09.41-N-1007-01O
			*BA09.41-N-1008-01O
8	Open coupling and remove charge air hose (12) from fitting (13)	Henn coupling	AR09.41-P-1311-01AL
9	Remove bolt (5), detach mixing chamber (1) to the front and remove	 Installation: Install mixing chamber (1) unstressed.
10	Detach throttle valve actuator (M16/42) on mixing chamber (1)	Only if installing new mixing chamber (1).

11	Detach boost pressure sensor (B5/1) on mixing chamber (1)	Only if installing new mixing chamber (1).

12	Install in the reverse order
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 13	Carry out engine test run and check connections for leaks in the area of mixing chamber (1)
