Y27/11 Exhaust gas recirculation positioner

4 Bolts

5 Coolant hoses

6 Electrical connector

Remove/install

Drain coolant

Remove fan shroud

Detach coolant hoses (5) at exhaust gas recirculation positioner (Y27/11))

Remove bolts (2, 3, 4)

Remove housing (1) until the electrical connector (6) is reachable

Disconnect electrical connector (6)

Install in the reverse order

Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not touch hot or rotating parts.
