| Remove engine air intake duct upstream of air filter

| Remove screw/bolts (1s)
| Installation: Tighten screw/bolts (1s) in diagonally opposite sequence.

| Bolt, throttle valve actuator to charge air distributor

| Remove throttle valve actuator (M16/6)
| Installation: Replace seals (2). Make sure that seals (2) are seated properly.

| Unclip electrical line on throttle valve actuator (M16/6) and disconnect electrical connection
|
|
|

| Install in the reverse order
|
|
|

| Read out fault memory using the diagnostic system and clear if necessary
|
|
|
