Removing, installing

Open service flap at rear left

 Danger

Risk of explosion from ignition. Risk of poisoning from inhaling and swallowing fuel. Risk of injury as a result of fuel coming into contact with skin and eyes.

No fire, naked flame or smoking.

Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Disconnect injection lines

Detach fuel hoses for leak oil or rubber end cap from hose connection of injection nozzle

Remove rubber plug from groove in cylinder head

Unscrew thrust bolt of nozzle holder

 Installation: use special wrench for retightening the thrust bolts of the nozzle holders.



Knock nozzle holder out of cylinder head



 Do not strike nozzle.

 Installation: insert nozzle holder with injection nozzle. Pay attention to locking element at nozzle holder and groove in cylinder head.

Take seal out of cylinder head

 Installation: replace seal.

Install in the reverse order

 Test injection nozzles before installing: 

 Test injection nozzle.
