Keep all ignition sources out of the hazard area. Only check injection nozzles in the nozzle testing device. Do not touch the injection nozzle stream.

Remove injector with nozzle holder

Remove/install injection nozzle together with nozzle holder

Carefully remove carbonization residues on the nozzle

Connect nozzle with nozzle holder on test equipment

 Only clean test oil or filtered diesel fuel should be used for testing

Checking leaktightness of injection nozzle
