	Remove/Install
Danger!	Risk of explosion if ignition takes place, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.	No fire, sparks, naked flames or smoking. Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Unbolt pressure line (11) at the high pressure pump (10)	 When slackening and tightening the union nut, counterhold at threaded connection with wrench. On no account exceed the tightening torque in order to avoid also slackening the threaded connection the next time. Do not crimp or bend high pressure line (11). After taking off high pressure line (11) seal connection with plug. Ensure scrupulous cleanliness! Detach bracket (5) at the lifting eye.
		Installation: Ensure exact seating of the high-pressure lines (11). Inspect sealing cone at the line. Replace line if compression points exist.

2	Unscrew bolt (1) and take off bracket (2) at high pressure pump (10)
3	Thoroughly remove dirt and loose parts at the connectorss of the fuel lines (3, 4)
4	Disconnect fuel feed line (3) and fuel return flow line (4) at the high pressure pump (10)	 Replace seals at the fuel lines.	AR47.25-P-1000-01A
5	Unscrew bolts (7) of the high pressure pump (10)		*BA07.16-P-1008-01B
6	Pull off high pressure pump (10)	High pressure pump (10) must not be opened.  Installation: Replace sealing ring (8) and clean sealing surface. Ensure that the driver (9) engages in the recess (arrow) of the camshaft.  Driver (9) can be taken off.
7	Install in the reverse order
