	Removing
1	Remove cylinder head		AR01.30-W-5800C
2	Remove nozzle holder combination		AR07.03-W-6831D
3	Remove end cover (1)
4	Remove O-ring (2) from cap (1)
5	Use pliers (12) to remove piston (3)	 Check piston (3) and sealing ring (4) for wear and damage and:  Replace piston (3) and seal (4) if necessary.

6	Insert a spacer (11) between valve disk and base	 Spacer of about 6.0 mm. Fix spacer (11) with grease onto valve disk if necessary.	*BR00.45-Z-1014-06A
7	Press spring plate (6) with spring plate compressor (13) downwards and take out retaining locks (5) with magnetic pin (15).		*210589004000

8	Relieve pressure on spring plate compressor (13) and take out spring plate (6), spring (7) and spring guide (8)
9	Turn cylinder head and pull out valve (10)
10	Pull out sealing ring (9)		*906589026300
	Checking
11	Check removed parts for wear	 Replace parts if necessary.
12	Check valve seat in cylinder head for wear	 Replace cylinder head if necessary.
	Install
13	Insert valve (10) into cylinder head	 Lightly lubricate valve stem.
14	Insert a spacer (11) between valve disk and base	 Spacer of about 6.0 mm. Fix spacer (11) with grease onto valve disk if necessary.	*BR00.45-Z-1014-06A
15	Fix new sealing ring (9) with grease to sleeve (14)		*352589026100

16	Push sealing ring (9) with sleeve (14) over valve stem and press in	 Do not damage sealing ring (9). Check installation position of sealing ring (9).

17	Compress spring (7) with spring plate compressor (13) and insert retainer locks (5) into slot on valve stem.	 Do not get spring guide (8) and spring cup (6) mixed up. Locking wedges (5) must lock in place. Relieve tension in spring (7) slowly.

18	Install piston (3) together with seal (4)	 Lubricate piston (3) and seal (4). Do not damage sealing ring (4).
19	Insert new O-ring (2) into cap (1)
20	Install end cover (1)
21	Install nozzle holder combination		AR07.03-W-6831D
22	Install cylinder head		AR01.30-W-5800C
