Remove viscous fan clutch - added

Step 1

 	Remove/install
1	Remove viscous fan clutch		AR20.40-D-5660SF
2	Crank engine and place piston of cylinder 1 to ignition TDC	 The top dead center marking on the vibration damper must be flush with the stay on the timing case cover (2).

3	Remove front radial shaft sealing ring	 Installation: Only install front radial shaft sealing ring after installing timing case cover (2).	AR03.20-S-3000SE
4	Remove fan drive	Model 639	AR13.22-S-3370SE

5	Remove poly-V belt tensioning device		AR13.25-S-3200SE
6	Remove guide pulley (1)		*BA13.25-N-1002-01Q
7	Remove oil pan bottom section	Model 639	AR01.45-S-7555SE

8	Remove timing case cover (2) with fitting sleeves (3) and sealing surfaces	 The fitting sleeves (3) are no longer required.
		 Installation: Apply sealant, then place timing case cover (2) in place and tighten bolts (4) on timing case cover (2) finger-tight. Loosen lower bolts (4) again and insert centering sleeve in the timing case cover (2). Tighten all bolts on timing case cover (2) and remove centering sleeve.
