The fins and the gap between the radiators should not be clogged by dirt or insects.
If it is found dirt on radiators:
Clean it externally
In case of damage:
Repair or replace the radiator, with separate billing.

Use compressed air or steam jet equipment.
In case of severe dirt:
Use hot water.
