 Changes to drift W 210 589 03 15 00, which is required to drive in the radial shaft sealing ring at the rear housing cover
(figures 1 and 2):

The distance of 1 mm from the sealing ring contact surface is not required, since it was possible to conceal the oil drainage holes in the housing cover when the sealing ring was driven in.

For this reason the shoulder on the drift (dimension B, figure 3) must be turned off and the relief groove changed to dimension A (figure 3).

 The special tools supplied as of 10.04.02 by GLC Germersheim have already been turned off to the new dimension.
