Service Information: Delivery of torque strut from Replacement Parts without rubber bushings

 Please be aware that the torque strut for the above models will soon no longer be available as a complete part, but can only be procured from Replacement Parts without rubber bushings.
In those cases where the entire torque strut needs to be replaced (accident repair, ball joint damage), a rubber bushing must in future be ordered in addition to the torque strut and pressed in.

Please remember that special tool 220 589 06 43 00 is required for correct positioning when pressing in the rubber bushing.
Please ensure that you have this special tool to guarantee smooth job handling when the need arises. If only the rubber bushing is defective, then replace this part only.
