Please note that with the parts kit A 000 142 05 89 05 (filter insert with filter housing) supplied by the GLC,

the housing vent (3) was enclosed separately with the filter housing (2).

The housing vent (3) must be pushed into the filter housing (2) in the way described in the work instructions.
As of 05/2012, the parts kits will be supplied with the housing vent (3) already preinstalled.

 The GLC will recall and correct any parts kits already supplied.
