Removal, installation
1 Remove hose (15) between air cleaner and air intake pipe.
2 Remove hose (12) between charge air pipe and intercooler.
Installation note
Install hose (12) with red marking between charge air pipe and intercooler.
3 Detach air intake hose (7) for compressor and hose (5) for crankcase ventilation at air intake pipe.
4 Slacken hose strap for air intake hose (6).
5 Unscrew hexagon bolts at air intake pipe and at charge air pipe.
6 Detach air intake pipe from housing of coolant pump.
7 Slacken hexagon bolted connection (8) at air intake pipe (16).
8 Take off air intake pipe (16).
9 Remove charge air pipe (11) and intermediate piece (4).
10 Remove O-rings (3) from intermediate piece.
Installation note
Check O-rings (3), replace.
Moisten O-rings (3) with soap suds.
11 Install in the reverse order.

Removal, installation
1 Remove charge air hose (8) between charge air pipe and intercooler.
Installation note
Install charge air hose with red marking between charge air pipe and intercooler.
2 Remove left and right brackets (12) at intake pipe and bracket (13) for oil pressure line.
3 Unbolt bracket (6) for constant throttle line at charge air pipe.
4 Unscrew hexagon bolts at charge air pipe (7).
5 Remove charge air pipe (7) and intermediate pieces (2).
6 Take off O-rings (3) from both intermediate pieces.
Installation note
Check O-rings (3), replace.
Moisten O-rings (3) with soap suds.
Steps 7 to 13 apply to engines with air intake at front:
7 Remove air intake hose (9) between air cleaner and air intake pipe.
8 Remove intake hose (11) for compressor and hose (5) for crankcase ventilation.
9 Unbolt fuel priming pump (1) at air intake pipe.
10 Unscrew bolts at air intake pipe.
11 Slacken hose clips for left and right air intake hose (14).
12 Push left and right air intake hose (14) onto the air intake pipe
13 Remove air intake pipe.
14 Remove charge air pipe (steps 1 to 6).
15 Install in the reverse order.
