Removal and installation instructions for throttle valve potentiometer
1 Remove fastening screw (arrow) for mounting clamp of throttle valve potentiometer (R24).

2 Withdraw throttle valve potentiometer with connector (103).
Connector is only pushed on. Risk of loss.

3 When installing the throttle valve potentiometer, plug connector (103) onto potentiometer driver. Carefully insert potentiometer, turning slightly until connector (103) engages in driver (arrow) of throttle valve.

Turn potentiometer of 1st version far enough for the two locking slots (arrows) to be opposite each other. Insert mounting plate for potentiometer into locking slid and secure. Do not forget ground cable.

Removal and installation instructions for mounting plate with choke actuator (Y22/1)
1 Remove mounting screws (arrows) for mounting plate of choke actuator (Y22/1) and take off mounting plate together with choke actuator.

2 When installing mounting plate with choke actuator, ensure that the actuating rod (95) is attached in the driver lever (104) without the use of force.

1 Remove fastening screws (arrows) for carburetor cover and take off cover.

2 When installing, use new carburetor cover gasket. Do not bend actuating rod (95) for choke actuator.

Adjusting instruction for full load enrichment tube (49)
The enrichment tube (49) should be facing vertically to the centre of the pre-atomizer (53).
The distance between pre-atomizer and enrichment tube should be 13.51.0 mm.
If necessary, alter direction and position of enrichment tube by bending accordingly.
