| Apply wax preservative on hatched areas only after sealing and painting work, but before assembly work. | Insert spray hose as far as possible into cavities and pull out slowly during spraying. | |
Spray hose must be stiff and jets must spray inclined to front and rear. Cavities must be dry. | |||
| Carry out repair preservation twice in succession after a flash-off time of 5 minutes. | Application temperature must not be below +15 °C. Apart from the standard cavity preservation as shown, additional sealing measures may be required depending on area of repair. |
