Check driver-side automatic belt retractor, passenger-side automatic belt retractor, left 2nd seat row automatic belt retractor, right 2nd seat row automatic belt retractor, left 3rd seat row automatic belt retractor, right 3rd seat row automatic belt retractor and driver and front passenger seat belt buckles

Driver/front passenger ETR [GUS] squib:

Check electrical deployment of driver ETR [GUS] squib (R12/1) and front passenger ETR [GUS] squib (R12/2) with STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system.

If deployment of the driver ETR [GUS] squib (R12/1) or the front passenger ETR [GUS] squib (R12/2) is detected during the check, the relevant component must be replaced, see:

Remove/install seat belt (front seat)

Check electrical deployment of driver belt force limiter (R12/27) and front passenger belt force limiter (R12/26) with STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system.
