Disassemble and assemble the distributor valve

Disassemble

1

Secure the valve in a vise with aluminum or copper protectors on the jaws

2

Unscrew the nuts (36) and remove the bolts (2), the cover (35) and the sealing ring (34)

3

Remove the piston (33) with the sealing ring (32), the spring (18), the guide (47), the spring (46), the piston (45) and the sealing rings (44) and (48)

 Slowly apply compressed air into port 42 to remove the piston (33)

Remove the piston (33) from the piston (19)

5

Remove the sealing ring (34) from piston (33)

6

Remove the sealing rings (11) and (20) from the piston (19)

7

Remove the retaining ring (31) from piston (19)

8

Remove the cover (30) with the sealing ring (29)

 Utilize a thin screwdriver through the top slot of the piston (19) to remove the cover (30).

Remove the sealing ring (29) from the cover (30)

10

Remove the piston (25) with the pack ring (24) and the spring (23)

11

Remove the pack ring (24) from the piston (25)

12

Remove the cap (28), the spring (27) and the valve (26) from the piston (25)

13

Lift out the adjusting screw (22) with the sealing ring (21) from the underside of the piston (25)

Loosen the screws (17) and remove the exhaustion guide (16) with the sealing ring (11)

15

Remove the sealing ring (11) from the exhaustion guide (16)

16

Unscrew the nut (15) and remove the piston (42) with the sealing ring (11)

 Utilize an adequate “T” type wrench in the slots of the piston bottom part.

Remove the plain washer (14), the sealing ring (13) and the piston (12) with the sealing ring (11)

Remove the sealing ring (11) from the exhaustion guide (16)

19

Remove the sealing ring (43) from the valve body (1)

20

Lift off the retaining ring (31) from the piston (42) and remove the seat from the valve (37) with the sealing ring (29), the valve (38) with the sealing ring (39), the seat of the spring (40) and the spring (41)

Remove the retaining ring (10), the spring (8) with the sealing rings (9) and (7), the spring (6), the piston (5) with the sealing ring (4) and the seat (3)

Remove the sealing rings (9) and (7) from the piston (8) and the sealing ring (4) from the piston (5)



Clean

Clean up the components and check parts regarding wears

 Utilize appropriate products for the cleaning of the rubber and plastic made components, as the use of inadequate products may damage these components.

 Set parts should be replaced every disassembly.



Assemble

Assemble the sealing ring (43) in the valve body (1) channel

Assemble the spring (41), the seat of the spring (40), the valve (38) with the sealing ring (39), the seat of the valve (37) with the sealing ring (29) inside the piston (42) and lock with the retaining ring (31)

26

Assemble the sealing ring (11) on the outside diameter of the piston (42) and install the piston in the valve body (1)

Assemble the sealing rings (11) and (13) and the plain washer (14) on the piston (12) and install the piston (12) with the sealing rings on the piston (42)

28

Screw the nut (15) on the piston (42)

 Utilize an adequate “T” type wrench to fasten the piston (42), apply chemical lock on the thread of the nut (15) and tighten it to the specified tightening torque.

Assemble the sealing ring (11) on the exhaustion guide (16) and the exhaustion guide on the valve body (1)

 Tighten the bolts (17) to the specified tightening torque.



Assemble the sealing ring (4) on the piston (5) and install the piston (5) and the spring (6) in the valve body (1)

Assemble the piston (8) over the spring (6) and lock it with the retaining ring (10)

32

Screw the adjusting nut (22) with the ring (21) on the piston (19)

Assemble the spring (23) inside the piston (19)

34

Assemble the pack ring (24) in the channel of the piston (25) with the lips facing the cover (30)

35

Assemble the valve (26) and the spring (27) inside the piston (25) and lock with the cap (28)

36

Assemble the spring (23), the complete piston (25) and the cap (30) with the sealing ring (29) inside the piston (19) and lock with the retaining ring (31)

37

Assemble the sealing rings (11) and (20) on the outside diameter of the piston (19 and install the piston (19) inside the piston (33)

38

Assemble the sealing ring (32) in the outside channel of the piston (33)

39

Assemble the spring (18) in the body of the valve (1) with the larger diameter facing down and, install the pistons (33) and (19) on the smaller diameter of the spring (18)

40

Assemble the sealing ring (48), the guide (47), the spring (46) and the piston (45) with the sealing ring (44)

41

Assemble the sealing ring (34) in the cover (35) and install the cover in the body of the valve (1) fastening it with the screws (2) and the nuts (36)

 Tighten the nuts (36) to the specified tightening torque.



Test

Install the valve on the test bench and carry out the tests and adjustments due
