1	Slacken wheel nuts

2.2	Jack up vehicle at center axle	Model 671.312/ 322/ 327
		 If the front axle is raised more than 750 mm, the center axle must be raised as well.
3	Remove wheels		AR40.10-T-1100A
4	Press off brake drum (6) with three bolts	 Mark position of brake drum (6) relative to bell hub (3) with a punch mark and remove.
5	Clean brake drum (6) and brake linings (1)	Perforated cover for ultrasonic cleaning unit

	Checking
6	Check thickness of brake linings (1)	 The minimum lining thickness (B) of the brake linings (1) is indicated by a stepped edge.

7	Check wear limit and inner surface quality of brake drums (6)	 Skim brake drums (3) to repair size or replace if necessary.	*BE42.10-N-1001-12D

10	Adjust wheel bearing play		AR35.20-T-0301-01A

11	Push on brake drum (6)	 Observe markings and clearance. On versions with the ABS option, check that the sensor is correctly seated by pressing in the sensor as far as the stop. The distance between sensor and the rotor is set automatically by the wheel bearing play.
12	Adjust clearance of brake		AR42.10-T-0181A
13	Install wheels	 When fitting the wheels, ensure that the inner valve is accessible and tighten the wheel nuts gently without tightening torque.	AR40.10-T-1100A
14.1	Lower vehicle at rear axle

	The wheel nuts must be retightened after the first 50-100 km of driving.
