Register the vehicle data on the test sheet

In addition to the vehicle data, all pressure values, as well as the braking values calculated and measured during the test must be recorded on the test sheet.

Connect intermediate part (4) to the coupling terminal for the brake (35.03)

Connect the coupling terminal for pressure testing (5) on the terminal coupling accumulator terminal (35.02)

Connect the testing case

Connect the testing case to the following components:

 On tractor vehicle brake cylinders

 On intermediate part (4) for brake pressure testing in the brake coupling terminal

 On coupling terminal for pressure testing (5)

On trailer or truck testing:

 On trailer or truck brake cylinders

Start the engine and completely fill the pneumatic system with idle rotation

Pay attention to enough supply pressure during the test. If necessary, supply the compressed air system with idle rotation.

Check brake pads, brake drums and brake discs condition

Visually check only. Pay attention so that there is enough piston stroke in drum brakes and for the possibility of displacement of the brake calipers on disc brakes.

Check and adjust the brake according to the load (ALB)

Check the trailer control valve

Drive the tractor on the roller dynamometer

Roller dynamometer for automobiles and commercial vehicles

Danger!

Death risk by imprisonment or crushing caused by rotating parts during roller dynamometer testing

While vehicle is in the dynamometer, choose emergency operation only. During the tests no person can remain under the vehicle or nearby rotating parts area. In case of emergency, disconnect the dynamometer by the EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN switch.
